7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans (Starter, Career Accelerator, and Elite Mentorship).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within the 7-day window. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after this period.

Note:
The 7-day guarantee does not apply to the Free Plan, as it does not involve any payment.

Monthly Billing and Access

All plans are billed monthly and include continuous access to courses, resources, and support services as long as your subscription remains active.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing cycles.
Cancellation will stop any further charges but does not refund previous payments outside the 7-day guarantee window.

Certification Eligibility


Certificates are awarded upon completion of selected courses in the Career Accelerator and Elite Mentorship plans.

Refunds will not be granted if a certificate has already been issued to the user.

Elite Mentorship Program

The Elite Mentorship plan has limited availability (3 members per month). Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds for the Elite Mentorship program are available only within the initial 7 days.
After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, even if mentorship sessions are pending or partially completed.

Support and Response Times

Starter and higher plans include standard support, with responses provided within 2 business days. Support services are not eligible for separate refunds.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment providers. We do not store payment information on our servers.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request within the 7-day window, please email us at [support email] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your subscription plan (Starter, Career Accelerator, or Elite Mentorship)
  • The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve!)

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
